Breakfast is served in our spacious dining room overlooking Morecambe Bay, between 7.15am and 10.00am. Full of fresh and nourishing foods. Juices, cereal, toast and jams, honey, syrup and marmalade, and an extensive cooked breakfast menu with freshly brewed ground coffee and tea - a great way to start your day!

Eggs Benedict

 –  a toasted English muffin topped with honey roast ham, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce

English Breakfast

 –  Lancashire bacon, fried local farm egg, field mushroom, Lancashire sausage, vine-ripened tomato and baked beans

Buttermilk Pancakes

 –  delicious homemade buttermilk pancakes served with a jug of maple syrup

Simply Bacon and Eggs

 –  Lancashire bacon with two fried local farm eggs

Porridge with Caramelised Apples

 –  traditional porridge oats topped with homemade caramelised apples


 –  an omelette made from the freshest local eggs with a choice of filling

Dippy Eggs

 –  soft boiled eggs with buttered toasted soldiers

and choose:

Fresh Columbian coffee,
English Breakfast tea or Earl Grey tea. A selection of speciality teas is also available.
White or wholemeal toast with a selection of preserves

We source as much of our food as possible from local, independent suppliers.

All our dishes are homemade and cooked to order.
