Breakfast

Breakfast at The AshleyBreakfast is served in our spacious Dining Room overlooking Morecambe Bay, between 7.15am and 9.30am.

Juices, cereal, toast and preserves, and an extensive cooked breakfast menu with freshly brewed ground coffee and tea - a great way to start your day!

We also cater for vegetarians and special diets on request. Breakfast 'to go' is also available.

Please help yourself to fruit juice and cereal from the buffet

And a choice of:

Simply Bacon and Eggs – Pan fried bacon with two fried eggs

Scrambled Egg Muffin – Scrambled eggs on a toasted English muffin
~
Traditional Breakfast - Pan fried bacon, sausage, egg, beans and tomato
~
French Omelette - Omelette aux fine herbs
~
Porridge – Scott’s porridge oats made with milk
~
Kipper - Grilled kipper with mustard butter
~
Dippy Eggs - Boiled eggs with soldiers
~
Crumpets – Hot buttered crumpets with preserves
~
Pancakes – Homemade pancakes with syrup
~
French Toast – Chocolate chip brioche cooked in eggs, cream, sugar,
nutmeg and cinnamon

And choose from:

White or wholemeal toast and a cafeteria of Columbian coffee or a
pot of English Breakfast or Earl Grey tea
