When can I check in to the hotel?
You can check in from 3pm. If you arrive earlier, you can store your baggage in the hotel's baggage area until your room is ready. If the room has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, you may have access to the room before then.
When do I have to check out from the hotel?
The hotel room is yours until 11am on the day of your departure. If you wish to check out later than 11am, please contact the hotel.
Hotel Service Hours
As we have a 24 hour reception and there is no latest check in time. Reception may not be staffed all the time so you will need to let us know if you will be arriving late.
Parking is free. Should you be arriving by car, we have a small car park behind the hotel. Free and unrestricted parking is also available on street at the front of the hotel. There is ample parking available.
Hotel Pet Policy
Sorry, pets are not allowed. We love pets but in consideration of guests with allergies, pets are not allowed in the hotel. Our reservations staff may assist you with kennel locations.
We are located on the Morecambe east promenade, directly opposite a sand beach, and about 5 minutes walk to Morecambe town center. We are about 1.5 miles from Heysham and about 2 miles from Lancaster. Being on a main bus route, and approximately 0.5 miles of the railway station, we are easy to find.
Please note that traffic between Lancaster and Morecambe can be heavy between 8 to 9 in the mornings and 5 to 6 in the evenings. Driving times can range between 10 minutes at quiet times and 20 minutes at busy times.
